Nollywood actress Nancy Ndukwe has been found guilty of stealing almost N19,000 worth of property from one of her friends.
Nigerian Entertainment Today (NET) reports that the star stole an iPhone, iPad and jewellery from a friend who reported the incident to the Lugbe Police station in Abuja on 2 September.
A police officer told NET that the stolen items were found in Ndukwe's possession.
The upcoming actress was charged on 6 September and admitted that she stole the items.
According to NET's report, Ndukwe said that she stole the items out of frustration and promised not do so again.
The actress was sentenced to two months in prison, but was given the option of paying a N6,000 fine.
