At 43, Nollywood star actress, Bimbo Akintola is yet to be hooked up. Many had thought that her several years relationship with Dede Mabiaku, would have led to marriage but it did not. Dede was said to have married someone else.Also her planned wedding to Jide Alabi, a showbiz star and sport Analyst on Silverbird TV also failed mid way. With all these that has happened to her, many still wonder when the wedding bells will ring for the sultry actress who no longer has age on her side.
“I will marry when God says yes,” she recently hinted in a chat.
When asked if she has set standards too high for men she replied thus; “I am not looking for Mr. Perfect. I know you can’t get that anywhere. My ideal man is a normal person, loving and appreciable person”.
In recent times, there has been rumours of her involvement in smoking and heavy alcohol consumption are major reasons she’s still single.
