Kelly, who donned a figure hugging black dress with white lace sleeves for the night in town, and Dave are said to have enjoyed drinks together and were seen flirting.
The pair were later spotted leaving together.
Kelly recently split from rugby star Danny Cipriani after it was revealed he had been sexting girls behind her back and had been cheating on her.
The pair were initially together in 2008 before splitting in 2010 which is when Kelly started dating another rugby star, Thom Evans.
She has also dated Hollywood hunks Billy Zane and Jason Statham.
Dave - who is godfather to retired soccer star David's 14-year-old Brooklyn - was linked to Rita Ora in February this year, but she is now in a relationship with DJ Calvin Harris.
